This software can only be installed on Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Small Business Server 2003. Its function is to add signatures and disclaimers to corporate email, filter spam email and send automated replies.
The download is a single file called 'Exclaimer Mail Utilities.msi'. It is a standard Windows Installer package. When run, it will install Mail Utilities. Once installed, you can uninstall it as follows:
- Click the Start menu on your computer taskbar.
- Select Control Panel.
- Double-click Add or Remove Programs (on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003) or Programs and Features (on Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008).
- Select the Exclaimer product you wish to remove from the list.
- Click the Remove or Uninstall button.
